Requirements for the Conference and
Pre-Conference Call for Proposals
The following section describes the characteristics that presentations must meet, as well as the procedure for completing the submission form.

CONFERENCE PROPOSALS

Activities may be submitted in one of the following formats:
Experiential Workshops (1 or 2 facilitators): active proposals for participants, addressing diverse topics and aiming to generate meaningful experiences. - Symposium (three presenters): includes three speakers presenting their respective perspectives on a particular topic, in order to foster debate and audience participation.
- Interactive Presentations (1 or 2 facilitators): presentations focused on a particular topic, especially intended to foster exchange with the attending audience.
- Research Processes/Results (one main presenter in the case of a research team): presentation of ongoing research processes, as well as partial or final results, followed by a space for discussion with the audience.
Activities will have a maximum duration of two hours.
Procedure for Completing the Conference Proposal Form
- Select the type of proposal.
- Complete the personal information of the presenter(s).
- Enter the title of the presentation, which must not exceed 15 (fifteen) words.
- Enter the abstract of the presentation, which must contain between 200 and 300 words. The following guidelines should be used for organizing the abstract:
- Rationale
- Objectives of the proposal, including a description of how it relates to the conference theme
- Target audience
- Complete the minimum/maximum number of participants.
- Select the equipment required for the presentation.
- Select the preferred room arrangement for the activity.
- Indicate the language in which the presentation will be delivered.
- Indicate whether you are willing for the activity to have live translation (subject to availability).
- Indicate whether you are willing for the proposal to be offered in a hybrid format.
- Finally, only in the case of presenters who are coaches, complete the final required section.
PRE-CONFERENCE PROPOSALS

- Experiential Workshop (1 or 2 facilitators)
Active proposals for participants, addressing diverse topics and aiming to generate meaningful experiences. - Advanced Study Course (1 or 2 facilitators)
Focused on a specific topic within the Gestalt approach, emphasizing presentation, in-depth exploration, and conceptual discussion. - Practical activities may be included, although the primary focus is on theoretical development.
Training Session (1 or 2 facilitators).
Aimed at deepening a particular aspect of Gestalt practice, emphasizing the development and promotion of specific competencies. Theoretical content may be included, although the primary focus is on skills training.
Procedure for Completing the
Pre-Conference Proposal Form
- Select the duration of the activity.
- Select the type of proposal.
- Select the main thematic axis.
- Complete the personal information of the presenter(s).
- Enter the title of the presentation, which must not exceed 15 (fifteen) words.
- Enter the abstract of the presentation, which must contain between 400 and 500 words. The following guidelines should be used for organizing the abstract:
- Rationale
- Objectives of the proposal, including a description of how it relates to the conference theme
- Target audience
- Description of the work proposal. Detail the sequence, working methodology, and expected outcomes for participants. Include the bibliography that will be used in the proposal.
- Complete the minimum/maximum number of participants.
- Select the equipment required for the presentation.
- Select the preferred furniture arrangement for the activity.
- Indicate the language in which the presentation will be delivered.
- Indicate whether you are willing for the activity to have live translation (subject to availability).
